We make personalized and customized products according to the information, photographs and text provided by the customer.

Because many of our products are customized:

The final product may have slight variations in colour, texture, engraving, positioning or appearance.
Natural wooden products may contain natural grains, knots, marks or variations.
The appearance of colours may vary slightly depending on your screen/device.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details before placing an order.

3. Personalized Orders

For personalized products, customers may be required to provide:

Photographs
Names
Messages or text
Dates
Other personalization details

Please carefully check all information before placing your order.

Once production of a personalized order has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Beyond Karigari is not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect information, spelling, photographs or personalization details submitted by the customer.

4. Customer-Uploaded Photos and Content

By uploading a photograph or other content, you confirm that:

You have the right or permission to use and provide that content to us.
The content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of another person.
You authorize Beyond Karigari to use the submitted content solely for fulfilling your order and providing the requested personalized product.

We reserve the right to refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Pricing

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order at the time of successful purchase will generally be the price charged to you.

6. Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed on our checkout page.

Orders will generally be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

If a payment is unsuccessful, reversed or not received, we may cancel or hold the order until payment is confirmed.

7. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication channels.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has already been dispatched.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders to the locations available during checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

Courier availability

Unexpected logistical delays

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's service and delivery network.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided during checkout are correct.

9. Cancellations

Because personalized products are made specifically for individual customers, cancellation requests may not be accepted once production or customization has begun.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, personalized products may generally not be eligible for return, refund or exchange simply because the customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the product.

However, if you receive:

A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong product
A product with a manufacturing/customization error attributable to us

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, correction or refund.

11. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

Failure to report damage promptly may make it more difficult for us to investigate a courier-related claim.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

Logos
Brand names
Product photographs
Graphics
Text
Designs
Website content

belongs to Beyond Karigari or its respective licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

13. Website Use
